Partner and Joint Head of Commercial Services, Chris is predominantly a specialist in Commercial Property Law, with considerable experience in acting for Private, Public and Healthcare Sector Clients. As an expert in Property Law, Chris continues to act for private property developers (commercial and residential) and regularly advises Financial Institutions on property finance. 

As a NASDA member (National Association of Dental Accountants) Chris has used his connections, expertise and experience to build a large portfolio of Dental clients throughout Wales. His team at JCP help find the right legal solutions for the dental practice owner from Property, to Finance and Employment. Chris’s experience helps him understand the issues that face a dentist today and his legal knowledge of this sector is considered by JCP as being without equal in Wales. 

Chris has worked in a variety of leadership roles at JCP, applying his experience to successfully build teams with property related interests. Using his local business knowledge and connections, Chris is now jointly responsible for the entire Commercial Services practice area, comprising a number of teams dealing with commercial aspects of not only property but all business legal transactions.
