JCP Solicitors leads the way in specialist probate membership
One of Wales’ leading independent law firms has advanced its position as a specialist adviser in the field of contentious trusts and probate following the appointment of one of their team as associate member to a leading industry panel.
JCP Solicitors, which has practices in Swansea, Whitland and Fishguard, now boasts two team members who are affiliated with the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
Richard Howellshas been appointed as an associate member to the leading industry panel, joining colleague Neil Jacobi as two of only a handful of Solicitors in Wales to be appointed to the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
As a specialist in property litigation and contentious trusts and probate, Richard joined the law firm in 2006.
Speaking of his appointment, Richard said: “Iam thrilled to have been appointed as an associate member of ACTAPS. It is a huge achievement and I am incredibly proud to have been recognised within this specialist field by such a highly esteemed body.
