Welsh law firm JCP Solicitors, who have offices in Swansea, Whitland and Fishguard, has further advanced its position as a specialist adviser in the field of contentious trusts and probate following the appointment of solicitor Richard Howells to a leading industry panel.

Richard and colleague Neil Jacobi are now two of a handful of Solicitors in Wales to be appointed to the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).

As a specialist in property litigation and contentious trusts and probate, Richard joined the law firm in 2006 and has now become an associate member at ACTAPS.

Speaking of his appointment, Richard said: “Iam thrilled to have been appointed as an associate member of ACTAPS. It is a huge achievement and I am incredibly proud to have been recognised within this specialist field by such a highly esteemed body.
