JCP Solicitors leads the way in specialist probate membership
Welsh law firm JCP Solicitors, who have offices in Swansea, Whitland and Fishguard, has further advanced its position as a specialist adviser in the field of contentious trusts and probate following the appointment of solicitor Richard Howells to a leading industry panel.

As a specialist in property litigation and contentious trusts and probate, Richard joined the law firm in 2006 and has now become an associate member at ACTAPS.
Speaking of his appointment, Richard said: “Iam thrilled to have been appointed as an associate member of ACTAPS. It is a huge achievement and I am incredibly proud to have been recognised within this specialist field by such a highly esteemed body.
Steve Penny, Managing Partner at JCP Solicitors, said: “To have Richard appointed as an associate member of ACTAPS, making him the second member of JCP to be accredited, is a fantastic accomplishment for both Richard and for JCP Solicitors.
“Our clients can now benefit from a team of experts in this area of law. With only a handful of professionals in Wales to hold this highly respected membership at both member and at associate level, it is evidence of how prestigious the ACTAPS recognition is within the legal field.”
