Our Wills and Probate Team is headed by partner Amanda Rees. Her team have been quoted by our clients as "efficient", "understanding" and "impressive". Thus, they have quickly developed the reputation for the most efficient and reliable team dedicated to Wills and Probate Issues in the South West Wales Area. As well as Amanda, the team consists of Partner Allison Kent, a solicitor with extensive knowledge of wills and probate and a particular specialism in Trusts. Allison is a recognised Trust and Estate Practitioner having recently completed her STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) exams.

The Wills and Probate Team are also experts on issues to do with age and incapacity as well as wills and probate. They regularly hold presentations giving advice, and outlining the importance of wills and inheritance tax planning.
