Our Family Team is headed by Sali Jackson-Thomas who has ‘significant experience’ according to the Legal 500. Sali, one of the leading divorce solicitors in Swansea, is an expert in all aspects of family law and her team has been actively involved in developing new approaches to partnership and living together agreements.
Financial cases conducted have included overseas trusts, assets outside the jurisdiction and family businesses.
Children cases have included threatened abduction, Munchausen's Syndrome by proxy, permanent removal of from the UK, Access to Children, Parental Responsibility and Parental Rights.
The team also deals with Cohabitation, premarital agreements and pre Civil Registration Agreements.
Both Sali and team member Kelvin Evans are qualified mediators and members of the Law Society Family Mediation Panel. Sali is also a member of the Law Society Advanced Family Law Panel, the UK College of Mediators and Resolution.
