The Hill Community Development Trust Ltd is a Swansea based charity that has set up in a building called the Phoenix Centre to provide vital support to the local community.

The Hill provide a range of services from nursery care to CV building and IT training. The charity is designed to getting businesses and the community working together. 

In total the centre has:

• 13 business units
• A community café
• A community nursery
• Conference rooms for up to 90 delegates
• All weather floodlit sports pitch
• Open access multi-use games area
• Open access playground
