We were all invited to wear our best spots today to raise money for Children in Need. From spotty scarves to spotty jumpers and even a spotty crutch to support a broken ankle, we all had great fun raising money for such a good cause.

I was recently asked to be a business mentor to a group from Birchgrove Comprehensive to help them develop a marketing plan for their product in the Swansea Bay Young Business Dragons.
