Described by clients in LEGAL 500 as "efficient, prompt and very responsive" Steve has been advising private business and public sector clients for 25 years. A specialist in Corporate and Commercial issues Steve advises companies and other organisations on corporate finance, company and business disposals, acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures and about the commercial agreements they enter into.

Steve has developed a particular expertise in the field of sport and sponsorship agreements as well as acting in relation to a number of inward investments in the area.

Steve is also President of the West Wales Chamber of Commerce, Director of Swansea City Football Club and sits on the Swansea Economic Regeneration Partnership Board. His interests include sea trout fishing, travelling with "The Swans" and anything French!
